“Draggin’ The Line” Covered By The Singer Family

I’m gonna level with you here—I don’t really know what this is. I mean, it’s a vanity project by a loving family that apparently used to make a lot of music videos together. But what inspired this particular cover? How did they convince those teens to pretend to be Go-Go Dancers? How many weekends did it take to paint those peace signs? Questions abound.

The closest we get is the following summary on YouTube:

The Singer Family goes 70s for this Tommy James Cover, featuring Go-Go Dancers (Bailee Coleman, Cami Coleman, Marissa Cabading, Sophia Gardner, Alexa Cohen, Kyla Garcia & Catherine Tarlov) from Young Actors' Theatre (http://www.yatsandiego.org/). Choreography by Jonathan Hoagland; Filmed and Edited by Jasper Field. For booking info: traceysinger@traceysinger.com

The Singer Family joined YouTube in 2015, made 83 videos until 2020 or so, and then just stopped. Their bio reads “Featuring the music of The Singer Family - 2 parents and 4 kids (17, 15, 12 & 10) who love to create music and fun.”

If you want to see other videos by them, subscribe to their channel and prepare to be vexed.
