With its inclusion in over 15 film festivals, most of them genre/horror fests, MR. STATIC comes with a set of bonafides. Written and directed by Mike Williamson, the short is a taut bit of fear that combines is wholly unique while also having elements reminiscent of LOST HIGHWAY, OPERA, and more.
