Mystery Science Theater 3000 is back, baby! Four new episodes under the moniker of Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Rifftrax Experiments are set to premiere after a very successful Kickstarter campaign. The new version finds Mike Nelson re-teaming with his Rifftrax cohorts Kevin Murphy and Bill Corbett as Tom Servo/Professor Bobo and Crow/Observer (respectively), along with appearances from Mary Jo Pehl as Pearl Forrester, Trace Beaulieu as Clayton Forrester, and Frank Conniff as TV’s Frank.
In honor of the revitalized series, a new intro was crafted with art direction by Trace Beaulieu and the new intro song by Jonathan Coulton. And now, ahead of its premiere September 9 and 13, the fine folks at Rifftrax have released that new intro for all to enjoy!
