“A Genesis Christmas” by Wolfie’s Just Fine

Jon Lajoie and his band Wolfie’s Just Fine is back in time for the holidays. This song is an ode to a very specific time in the culture where Sega Genesis was the ascendant new kid on the video game block.

Wolfie’s Just Fine plays the tune like a Xennial “We Didn’t Start The Fire” while namechecking all of the popular Nintendo and first-generation Sega games. It’s a fun song and entertaining video (much of the footage for the games coming from Tyler Esposito).
