The Dress Up Gang, “Cute House”

I’m a sucker for a good bit of juxtaposition. In this case, comedy sketch group The Dress Up Gang clashes stereotypical male bravura with adorable things to produce a solid bit of whimsy in “This House Is Cute AF.” And while the video goes a bit long, it gets a lot of mileage out of the various cute jokes.

The sketch also succeeds thanks to so many of the performances and shots feeling more like taut dramatic moments than their abject silly context suggests. It’s a masterful bit of comedy that deserves to be seen.
