Patrick H. Willems is back and this time rolling right into the weirdness that is Steven Spielberg’s HOOK (1991). As discussed in the video, HOOK is not something so easily dismissed as a bad movie, but instead a complicated mess of multiple elements colliding with each other to produce a beloved Millennial classic that is also just a bizarre mash-up of sensibilities.
