Sigur Rós, “Hoppípolla” (for David Attenborough’s 100th)

To help celebrate David Attenborough’s 100th birthday (!), Sigur Rós played “Hoppípolla” with the BBC Concert Orchestra and a choir. It’s an incredibly moving performance that, when accompanied by the beautiful nature imagery projected on screens, is truly a very special moment for a very special occasion.
